Returns & Exchanges
UAE Returns Policy
All UAE full priced returns must be received back within 14 days of the purchase date and only items returned in their original condition will be accepted.
Sales items are eligible for return within 7 days of purchase and must be returned in their original state.
All items will be reviewed individually by Me and My Activewear (the “Company”). On confirmation that they have been returned in their original condition a full refund will be processed and will be credited back to the credit card, with which you make the purchase, within 7 working days.
Original condition means that all tags are in place, the clothing is unworn, unaltered, unwashed and free of any damage.
To process a return please notify us via Whatsapp +971 XXXXXX with the order reference and the details of the items you would like to return. We will then arrange collection through our designated courier company Quiquip who will contact you directly to collect.
Outside of the UAE Returns Policy
Currently all returns from outside of the UAE must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
Fully paid returned items must be received back within 14 calendar days of the purchase date and sales items within 7 calendar days of the purchase date, so please ensure that you engage with a courier that can return within this timescale.
All items must be returned in their original condition, which means that all tags are in place, the clothing is unworn, unaltered, unwashed and free of any damage.

Please Note
On receiving the return within the 14 calendar days, all items will be reviewed individually by the company, on confirmation that they have been returned in their original condition, a full refund will be processed and will be credited back to your credit card, with which you make the purchase, within 7 working days.
